To apply for the UK licence, you will firstly need to provide
us with the following information by email or telephone:
company information
- company full name
- company registered address
(Please note that we can only have one address on file so this should be the
address you want all invoices to be sent to.)
- the contact details of a nominated
person in your organisation to include: name, job title, email address and telephone
number
packaging information (this will become your 'authorised packaging')
- the brand names for which
you are responsible for
- the type of products contained
in the packaging
- the type of packaging to be
printed with the logo e.g. primary plastic bottles, cardboard cartons or the
transit cardboard boxes

Once we have this information we will set up a licence on our
internal systems on your behalf.
Please send us a signed a copy of the
terms and conditions.
Once we have received everything we will issue you with a subscription notice via
email, which will mark the start of our agreements together.
Invoicing will take place in the spring of each year for the
license fee due that calendar year. Licences automatically roll over annually unless
notice of termination is provided in line with the terms & conditions. If you are
taking out a licence later in the year, then we will endeavour to invoice you as
soon as possible.
