The Valpak Data Solutions (VDS) data team offer a range of bespoke
services:
Fully managed, where we take on full responsibility for
gathering data, ensure it is "as accurate as reasonably possible" (AAARP) as required
by law, completing the often complex Environment Agency data submission forms and
submitting all of the information correctly and on time.
Data Consulting service, where we work with you to supplement
your data with either expertise or through providing accurate packaging/ electronics
weights from our comprehensive database. We will also oversee the form completion

Software service, where we give you licence to use our
specialist software, access to any weights that VDS have gathered on your behalf
along with the required in-house training and telephone support. Our software has
been specially developed to calculate packaging/ electronics waste submissions and
is used by our dedicated team for our fully managed service.
The level of service you choose and the amount of information
that our data team collects on your behalf will be up to you. In addition, all fully
managed VDS clients receive:
- a dedicated account manager,
giving you one point of contact who knows your data and processes
- your account manager will
attend any audits that you may be required to undertake with the enforcement
authorities thereby taking the pressure off, and offering you any necessary
support
- totally safe and confidential
data storage with clear audit trails
- provision of a full end of
year report showing our methodology, offering a chance for you to review our
performance
- bespoke reports as and when required to help with new pieces of legislation,
