As of 01 April 2010, businesses are able to register for the Carbon Reduction
Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC). This affects all businesses with half
hourly metered electricity supply, regardless of the quantity used. 'Full Participants'
(higher users) should also now be monitoring their energy and fuel use on an ongoing
basis.
